UWI had two opportunities late in the second half to snatch all three points. Trivante Stewart had a one-time effort saved by Cavalier goalkeeper St. Michael Edwards in the 87th minute. Two minutes later, Stewart saw his blast soar past the far post.

The result keeps UWI in 10th place in the table with 12 points, while Cavalier currently remain in eighth with 15 points.
