What are your thoughts on Jamaica’s performance in the women’s 100m final?
Carlton Frank:
It was an excellent performance from the girls and I think this should be encouraging for all young girls across all sports in Jamaica.
Howard Anglin:
I feel great and I feel proud of the runners. I would like many more young runners to come and follow in their footsteps in the next Olympic Games.
Tayecha Malcolm:
I am very proud of their performance because with the pandemic, I know that they had to work extra hard in training and so I am happy that they came out and did their best.
Shane Tibby:
I am glad. They did their best and we came 1-2-3. I am very proud of them because we beat the world by winning all three medals in the final.
Damion Everett:
It was a very impressive performance from the girls and I am really proud of them. I did predict Elaine (Thompson-Herah) to win and I think it worked out in her favour based on her long strides.
