Ten-man Cavalier eked out a 1-0 win over Harbour View, thanks to a 88th minute strike from substitute Kenroy Campbell, in their Jamaica Premier League (JPL) at the UWI-Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence on Sunday.

Harbour View created the better chances throughout the match but Cavalier weathered the storm with some brilliant goalkeeping by Vino Barclett.

Barclett denied chances from Tevin Scott, Tarick Ximines (twice) and Trayvone Reid (twice) in the first half.

In the second half he denied Tyrese Williams and Timar Lewis.

Two minutes before the end, Campbell picked up a loose ball and fired a volley past Amal Knight for the game's only goal.

Cavalier were reduced to ten men in the fifth minute of added time when Richard King picked up a second booking for time wasting.

Cavalier stayed fourth in the standings with nine points, four behind leaders Mount Pleasant and one adrift of third place Dunbeholden.

Harbour View remain in sixth place with five points.

In the day's other game Dunbeholden and Mount Pleasant played to a 1-1 draw.
