After heat one, Jamaica are currently in 30th place in the 2-man bobsleigh event at the 2022 Beijing Olympics.

The team of pilot Shanwayne Stephens and brakeman Nimroy Turgott completed their first run in a time of 1:01:23 minutes. Germany currently occupy three of the top five spots led by Francesco Friedrich in a time of 59:02 seconds.

Stephens and Turgott will be the last team to begin heat two which takes place at 8:40 a.m. Jamaica time.
