Wardlow clocked 1:56.9 minutes, with Davis doing 1:56.11 and Bowen 1:56.17. Wardlow and Davis advanced to tomorrow's final.

Jamaica College's (JC) Kemarrio Bygrave led the field in the Under-20 boys’ 800 metres on the second day of the Carifta Trials at the National Stadium this afternoon.

Bygrave qualified for tomorrow's final, clocking 1:53.14 minutes, the fastest time among the finalists. Kingston College's (KC) Jaquan Coke had the second fastest time in qualifying with 1:53.34, while his teammate Ainsley Campbell had the third fastest time with 1:54.88.

In the Under-17 boys’ category. JC's Rasheed Pryce clocked 1:57.46 minutes to enter tomorrow's final with the fastest time. Charlemont's Delano Todd had the second fastest time with 1:57.75 while Pryce's teammate Tyrone Lawson had the third fastest time with 1:57.84.
