Kingston College's Nicardo Clarke has won an appeal and has been reinstated to compete at the 2023 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships.

Clarke had been suspended from the meet because of unsportsmanlike conduct in the aftermath of Wednesday's Class Two 100m boys’ final.

Clarke got into a confrontation with Calabar's Khamani Gordon after the latter impeded him in the final.

Furthermore, Clarke's points have been reinstated in the final where he finished fifth.
