Jaeda Robinson lands in the sandpit on her way to the under-18 girls triple jump title during the National Senior and Junior Championships on inside the National Stadium today.

Jaeda Robinson, representing Immaculate Conception High School, won the girls’ under-18 triple jump at the ongoing National Senior and Junior Championships inside the National Stadium this morning.

Robinson’s best saw her mark the sandpit 11.90 metres away from the board.

Her second attempt was good enough to get the better of a game Rohanna Sudlow of St Catherine High, who won the long jump yesterday. Sudlow hopped, skipped and jumped out to 11.73 metres, finishing ahead of Robinson’s teammate, Davine Dickenson, who had a best jump of 11.12.
