Already assured of a semi-final berth, Jamaica won Pool G in fine style defeating reigning champions New Zealand 59-48 in their final pool game of the Netball World Cup in Cape Town, South Africa

Captain Jhaniele Fowler led the way from the shooting circle with 49 goals, as Shanice Beckford chipped in with nine.

Jamaica conceded 15 turnovers as opposed to New Zealand's 18, handing the defending champions their largest defeat in a World Cup.

The Sunshine Girls, who progress to the semi-finals unbeaten, will take on world number-one Australia on Saturday after they were shocked by England earlier today, losing to the Roses 56-55 for the first time in a Netball World Cup.
