Days after withdrawing from the women's 100m event, Shericka Jackson has now pulled out of the women's 200m.

The confirmation came minutes before the start of heat three where she was scheduled to line up.

Jackson was set to go up against British sprinter Daryl Neita as one of the event's favourites.

There were concerns regarding Jackson's fitness ahead of the competition after pulling up injured at the Gyulai Istvá in Hungary earlier in July.
