Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records is set in the starting blocks and is eagerly anticipating the start of the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.

With its specially tweaked menu, the restaurant is promising diners a wholesome package.

Executive chef Vinton Fletcher, noted that the reception from customers towards the current menu has impacted the selected menu for Restaurant Week.

"The reception to our dishes has been great and we have included some on the menu. We have also developed some new dish just in time for Restaurant Week which is the Salisbury steak sandwich."

Fletcher boasted that those who visit during Restaurant Week will be privy to tasty delectable offerings.

"They will be indulging in mouth-watering dishes which we create using a lot of local ingredients."

And to show off a sample of what customers will treat their palates to, the star dish of choice is the chicken supreme.

"This has been a favourite and the reception has really been good so we decided to include this on our menu. It comes with a mango sauce, herbs, peppers and onions and is served with rice."

Promising a bellyful of tasty dishes and great atmosphere, Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records assures value for money.
