After four years, the Diplomatic Corps says goodbye to one of its own. The new dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Dominican Republic Ambassador Dr José Ares Germán, hosted a farewell reception for his predecessor, Cuban Ambassador Yuri Lopez, at the Stilwell residence of the Argentine ambassador last Thursday.
