Earlier this month, Kia Motors Jamaica Limited announced a partnership with the Jamaica Civil Service Association (JCSA) and its members. This agreement will allow members of the association to benefit from a hassle-free application process, enabling them to acquire the brand's motor vehicles more easily.

Purchasers will also benefit from the installation of a tracking device, a full tank of gas and 20 scheduled servicing appointments.

Among those present at the official signing of the memorandum of understanding (MOU), held at the Kia Motors headquarters, 2 Chelsea Avenue, New Kingston, were members of the JCSA and its executive body.

SEVERAL BENEFITS

"As part of what we want to bring to the civil service, there are a number of benefits. If you are buying a car or SUV, we can make an option for you. We will also be able to maintain your car. We're forging a national alliance not only with the civil service but the people of Jamaica, because you serve the people of Jamaica," said chief executive officer of Kia Jamaica Limited, Dwight Moore.

President of the JCSA, O'Neil Grant, endorsed the move by the automotive dealership.

"Kia has demonstrated their commitment to helping us to fortify the public sector and to build the nation by allowing us to achieve one of the new basic items in the hierarchy of needs," Grant said.
