Windies tour of SA underway

West Indies bowlers have picked up six wickets at Sports Time, as Makhaya Ntini Invitation11 reached 99 runs off 14 overs in the day/night limited overs tour match at Buffalo Park.
The fixture, a 25 overs-a-side match, is the opening game of the West Indies tour of South Africa.
The match also kicks off Ntini’s benefit year hosted by Border Cricket Club.
Darren Sammy has so far taken two wickets, while Captain Dwayne Bravo, Fidel Edwards and Pedro Collins have each taken a wicket a piece.
Jacques Kallis reached 27 and scored most runs for the Ntini Invitational. Jonty Rhones chipped in with 25 and Herschelle Gibbs 17.
