Members of Parliament from the main opposition New Democratic Party (NDP) have boycotted Parliament in St. Vincent.

The MPs are protesting what they say were the bias rulings by the Speaker, Hendrickson Alexander.

In a letter to the speaker, the MPs said over the last few years the Parliamentary Opposition have been concerned that almost all rulings in the House go against the Opposition.

Opposition Leader, Armin Eustace also claims Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has increasingly interrupted the presentation of opposition members.

He describes the interruption as tedious and sometimes frivolous.
