Go Neon Bold with Na'Mae

Georgina Johnson Jones aims for bold and fun this summer with her Neon Highlights Collection of Na'Mae.

Johnson Jones did not start out knowing that she wanted to be a designer, in fact, she was a blogger in 2015. However, as a fashion blogger, there were certain combinations and pieces that she would like to see together and was unable to, so she started to create pieces to combine with her blog posts. After a year, she decided to go all in, in the designing pool and she has not turned back since.

Na'Mae started out by designing gowns and then moved on to more casual pieces. The name was a combination of her parent's name because, to her, we are an extension of our parents and as such, what better way to name her own creative child than after the ones who helped to make her creatively inclined.

Now for this collection, she decided to push the envelope on her personal style. She was not the kind of person who really played with colours much less to be inspired by it, but all that changed for Johnson Jones seeing it a bit on the runway of fashion shows overseas. Stepping out of the box seemed to be a sensible choice for her and she did for that The Neon Highlights Collection.

Her pieces for this collection are bright and bold. The cuts are risquÈ and sexy and just right for the summer for those who will be spending a lot of time at the beach or poolside.
