Dunbeholden recorded their third victory in this season’s Jamaica Premier League competition after a hard fought 1-0 victory over Molynes United at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence today.

Demario Phyllips scored the lone goal of the game for Dunbeholden in the 67th minute. Dunbeholden are now in third place in the standings on nine points from four games.

Phyllips said they are delighted with the victory.

“This is a very good victory for us because we lost our last game in the league and this is a good way to bounce back,” Phyllips said.

“I think we played well because we created a lot of chances and we just need to continue to win more games this season,” he said.

Molynes United, who are still searching for their first victory of the season, were reduced to 10-men in the 54th minute, after Christoff Pringle was sent off for striking an opponent.
