Driver hospitalised after truck carrying LPG overturns at Flat Bridge

A truck that was carrying liquid petroleum gasolene (LPG) remains in the Rio Cobre after overturning in the vicinity of the Flat Bridge in Bog Walk, St Catherine.

The police say the truck hit an embankment and overturned into the river about 2 a.m.

The driver is reportedly in hospital in stable condition.

The accident has not affected traffic flow in the Bog Walk Gorge.
