UPDATE: Driver in Clarendon crash now in police custody

The Jamaica Constabulary Force is reporting that the driver of the minibus that was involved in a collision in Clarendon leaving 23 students injured has turned himself in.
Clovis Duncan, of Muirhead district in Denbigh, Clarendon had been on the run since the crash on Friday morning.
The Transport Authority has revealed that the 15-seater Toyota Hiace minibus he was driving was overloaded and was being operated illegally.
Meanwhile, a 15-year-old student of Garvey Maceo remains in intensive care at hospital with injuries received in the crash.
Four other people who were injured in the crash are also still hospitalised.
