Upcoming Caribbean Cup game postponed

The ScotiaBank Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Men's Caribbean Cup football match between Jamaica and Suriname, originally set for this Wednesday at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex, has been postponed due to the impending weather effects of Hurricane Matthew, which up to press time was continuing towards Jamaica.
A release from the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) stated that: "The JFF wishes to inform that based on a release from the CFU, the Caribbean Cup qualifier, Jamaica vs Suriname, has been postponed. More information will be provided in short order.
"This does not affect the Guyana vs Jamaica fixtures for October 11," the release added.
Jamaica are the reigning Caribbean Cup champions.
