Beauties from across the region - Latin, South and North America, the Europe, Asia and Africa - showcased the latest trends in fashion at the Miss Global International competition at RIU Montego Bay.

With contemporary fashion, they blended traditional garb, depicting some of the most exciting and innovative styles on any runway on this side of the Western Hemisphere.

Miss Guyana, Cynthia Dookie, who took home the coveted Miss Global International 2017 crown, impressed the audience with both her fabulous evening gown and majestic looking costume, receiving rave reviews from the packed house.

However, it was Jamaica's Nastashia Mitchell, whose out-of-the-box costume received the most attention, winning the Best Costume prize. Mitchell's strikingly beautiful yellow evening gown was a pleasure to the eyes.

Miss San Andres, Annie Newball, looked like Cinderella, while Miss Nicaragua, Magdalena Meza, was stunning in red, and sexy in boots.

The event, which saw the women going all out to impress the audience and the judges, could easily take the prize of Best Dressed Pageant.

Flair brings you highlights of the styles the beauties showcased during the evening gown and traditional costume segments of the competition.
