Truck blocking section of Thirteen Miles in Bull Bay St Thomas

The police are advising truck drivers heading to Twelve and Thirteen Miles in Bull Bay, St Thomas to use alternative routes as a truck is blocking a section of the roadway.
Only small units can pass.
