WIN Accelerate Conference a success
Scores of testimonies, according to the hosts, have been pouring in from attendees of the WIN Accelerate Conference, which happened last weekend.
The two-day empowerment series saw international life coaches and preachers delivering power-packed presentations to people who were craving motivation and informed tips on marriage, divorce and winning at life.
The conference saw a total of 11 speakers, including one of the top 10 empowerment speakers in the world, Real Talk Kim. The workshops were also nicely accentuated by the ministries of gospel artistes Jermaine Edwards, Ryan Mark and Chozenn.
Visionary and host of the event Natalie Taylor, who is also a transformational coach, said that the feedback has been tremendous.
And she said the coaches and speakers have all agreed that it was a phenomenal event that blew their minds.
"With all the rejections and the extreme hardships I had to endure to see it manifest, I'm happy I didn't give up. The lives of many leaders were transformed, and I know this will have a major impact on the lives of communities and the nation on a whole," she said.
However, while she revelled in the impact of the workshops, Taylor admitted her displeasure with the turnout.
She said: "I was disappointed about the way the Jamaican culture struggles to embrace the genuine transformation of the citizens. It would seem that they are ready and numerously support entertainment events, but [there is] way less support for events genuinely designed to produce real results in the form of improved mindsets and lifestyles of the masses."
Focusing on the positive, the life architect noted that many of the presenters are already looking forward to returning to the event in 2019 with results from what they learnt at WIN Accelerate 2018.
Taylor also mentioned that the team is also looking to take the event across the USA.
Sharing her experience of the powerful weekend, founder of Dynamic Administrative Professional Services Kemeshia Grant-Swaby told Family & Religion that the conference was nothing short of amazing.
"It was mind-blowing, to say the least. I was taken through a journey of transformation. The event touched both my spiritual and natural being. My mind has been renewed to A.C.T (Access, Create and Take action)," Grant-Swaby said as she plugged one of the lessons delivered in one of the workshops.
One supporter admitted that since the conference, her marriage has improved.
According to her: "My husband and I were happy about what Pastor Ian and his wife shared about their marriage and how it almost broke off, because, oh man, I felt like ours was over before it started. But God changed it all after that panel [discussion].
"My husband and I were so blessed after leaving Saturday. We both zoomed in on the areas of marriage that the panel spoke on, and immediately, there were changes.
"After leaving the event, it was the first in forever that we spoke about our marriage in depth and on a different level. Our lives shifted instantly."
