Members of the Government and the Opposition, business leaders and entertainment industry stakeholders were among the list of people who participated in the launch of The Bridge 99 FM, Jamaica’s newest radio station. The event – which took an interactive nine-hour outside broadcast format – featured discussions on matters of trade, strengthening diaspora connections, commerce, and investment. It was broadcast to audiences in Jamaica and the New York tri-state area via a simulcast with The Bridge 99 FM New York-based sister station IRIE Jam Radio, 93.5 FM – WVIP.
