Jamaica College are one step closer to the semi finals of the ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup after defeating Haile Selassie 2-0 in their quarterfinal game at Stadium East this afternoon.

Kevaughn Wilson opened the scoring in the 28th minute and Jamarly Bennett added another in the 62nd, putting Haile Selassie on the brink of elimination.

Jamaica College maintain their lead of Group 2 with six points and could secure their semi-final spot based on the result of the St Andrew Technical High School vs Wolmer’s Boys’ game, now under way at the same venue.
