BBC's 'World Questions' team in Ja for special broadcast

Issues affecting Jamaica, including crime, will take the spotlight tonight during a debate among panellists, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Kamina Johnson Smith, on BBC World Service Radio's World Questions.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. at Spanish Court Hotel in New Kingston. The public is invited.
Separate from a panel discussion, questions will be fielded from journalists and from the audience.
World Questions presenter, experienced journalist Jonny Dymond, and his team are in the island for the special broadcast.
Dymond told The Gleaner in an exclusive interview yesterday, "I know there is a serious and ongoing problem with crime. It seems a big concern of a number of people."
He continued: "People seem open and outspoken here. When you ask them questions, they come up with answers. The people here are so friendly, fun and easy-going. I think we are going to have a good debate. I hope it is a good show. The senior politicians are coming along to indulge. I am grateful!"
