The Met Opera Summer Encore series opens with Puccini's 'Tosca'

The 2016 Met Opera Summer Encore series begins this Sunday at Palace Cineplex with Puccini's Tosca, a melodrama about a volatile diva, a sadistic police chief, and an idealistic artist that has thrilled audiences for more than a century.
Completing the series line-up are Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore, Puccini's La Boheme, and Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte. Don't miss the encore of these Met classics.
