Countdown to 2025 in style at Midnight ChiQ

Midnight ChiQ takes over Kingston’s Waterfront this New Year’s Eve with breathtaking fireworks, electrifying entertainment, and gourmet indulgences. The event will feature gourmet creations by Surf and Turf Catering, led by renowned chef Durren McLean, with delectable desserts from Häagen-Dazs and premium tacos courtesy of Old El Paso. To complement the delicious cuisine, guests can sip on premium beverages from Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Worthy Park Estate Reserve, and Absolut Vodka. Champagne toasts and signature cocktails will flow throughout the evening. DJs Marc Chin, Cyclone of Coppershot, Mindless, and Spinn will keep the energy alive from the first beat to the final countdown. Early-bird tickets are already sold out, attendees can still secure their place through Gustazos or the official Midnight ChiQ website. Paper tickets are also available at various outlets.

Black and White Party New Year’s Eve

One of the season’s enduring New Year’s Eve parties, the Black and White affair, celebrates its 25th anniversary on December 31 at Delux Restaurant and Lounge Car Park, 1A Caledonia Avenue. The Stone Love Movement, along with Glen Stinger, Little Richie, Principal and Master Lee will provide entertainment. The Black and White Party, which was first held at La Roose Hotel Port Henderson Road has been a popular draw, especially for mature music lover.

Fireworks Festival New Year’s Eve

In Kingston, the waterfront will come alive as the city rings in the New Year with electrifying performances from Chalice, Louie Culture, Alaine, Kevin Downswell, Samory I, Janeel Mills, H.U.M.B.L.E , Orville Sutherland, Mortimer, and the Fire Brand Band.

In Ocho Rios, the vibrant Turtle River Park will serve as the backdrop for the celebration with artistes Gramps Morgan, Little Hero, Chezidek, Levy’s Heritage, Lubert Levy, Joby Jay, Ras I, Sister Pat, and the Euphonic Tone Band.

Montego Bay’s Harmony Beach Park will also light up with festivities. The evening will feature live music from a roster of artistes, including AJ Brown, Papa Michigan, Mackie Conscious, Audia Spencer, Courtni, and ZJ Medz.

The Fireworks Festival 2024 will culminate in a spectacular display of pyrotechnics at midnight, illuminating the skies over Kingston, Ocho Rios, and Montego Bay. This breathtaking finale will provide a fitting welcome to 2025, uniting attendees in celebration and hope for the year ahead.

Sunrise Day Soiree New Year’s Day

Sunnation Jamaica will kick off the New Year in unparalleled style as it proudly presents its first event of 2025, Sunrise Day Soiree, the ultimate all-inclusive New Year’s Day experience. The event will take place on January 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The UWI Mona Bowl. This year’s event promises to be more than a celebration and will set the tone for an exciting year ahead.
