Ocho Rios, St Ann's best known restaurant for Indian cuisine, Passage to India, is now located at Fisherman's Point Resort, next to the cruise ship pier in the resort town.

A favourite of many since it opened on Valentine's Day in 1999, Passage to India still provides the taste that excites the palate.

"Apart from the excellent authentic Indian cuisine, we have a great ambience as we offer a view overlooking Ocho Rios Bay," Rajiv Bhatnagar told Food.

Favourite dishes, including tandoor chicken kebab, and 10 different types of bread, roti and naan are enjoyed daily at the restaurant.

"Besides Indian food, we also offer a fusion cuisine which is a Indochinese fusion. It's Chinese food with Indian spices, which is very popular in Southeast Asia."

Jamaican dishes, such as curried goat, chicken and oxtail, are also on the menu.

With a lunch special that comprises four different dishes, the restaurant also offers catering services anywhere in Jamaica for up to 500 persons.
