The JMMB Group sure knows how to throw a party!

Last Friday night, they invited their corporate clients to experience a night of colourful expression with 'Kaleidoscope'.

They not only danced the night away in fine fashion, they were treated to a myriad of savoury and sweet offerings from the Caribbean.

From Saheena and tamarind chutney inspired by the twin republic of Trinidad and Tobago, to traditional curried goat served with 'buss up shut' (roti) to pica pollo - a dish from the Dominican Republic made of deep fried chicken breast with Dominican oregano, lemon and garlic. There were also sanacocho, a hearty stew with a variety of meats and vegetables from Latin America, and a taste of 'yaad' with fire roasted jerked pork and pineapple coulis.
