JP St Mary's Extra Crunchy Pineapple and Cheese Pizza Slices
Ingredients
1 panini bread as pizza base
Pizza/tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
JP Tropical Foods Pineapple, cut into bite-size pieces
Red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
Oregano (optional)
JP St Mary's Extra Crunchy Banana Chips
Method
On pizza base, spread pizza/tomato sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Add pineapple chunks and diced bell peppers.
Sprinkle with oregano, if desired.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cool slightly. Cut into wedges and top with JP St Mary's Extra Crunchy Banana Chips.
Sausage and Baked Beans with JP St Mary's Green Plantain Strips
Ingredients
1 tin baked beans
1 tin Vienna sausages
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 red and green peppers
1 tomato, diced
Onion powder
Garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil for sautÈing
JP St Mary's Green Plantain Strips
Method
Cut Vienna sausages into small pieces
On a medium flame, add 2 tablespoons oil to a saucepan.
When hot, add tomatoes and red and green peppers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Add sausage and beans.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with JP St Mary's Green Plantain Strips or JP St Mary's Extra Crunchy Banana Chips.
Chicken Nuggets with Ketchup and Relish Dip
Ingredients
1 pack chicken nuggets
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sweet relish
Oil
Method
Prepare chicken nuggets according to manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer to warm plate.
In a bowl, combine ketchup, sweet relish, and any other condiments your children enjoy.
Serve hot with relish dip and JP St Mary's Extra Crunchy Banana Chips or an assortment of JP St Mary's chips.
