The Restaurant at Round Hill enchants guests and tempts palates with an abundance of dining pleasures. Representing modern but classical Jamaican tradition in the ambiance and menu choices, this restaurant is renowned for using locally sourced produce in their culinary delights.

Two of their signature dishes for this year's staging of Restaurant week are the oxtail ravioli with lobster ragout and the rosemary brick chicken.

"This is a combination of oxtail, lobster and 21-year-old Appleton rum. It is a very rare occasion where this is a combination, and it works really well for us. As it relates to the rosemary brick chicken, this was placed to utilise the old Jamaican way of cooking with mostly chicken as the staple. It also embodies the herb from our very own herb garden. It is also a new dish for us in the restaurant," stated manager Seon Walker.

Priding themselves on delivering not just quality food, at but also service, Walker believes that Round Hill should be your restaurant of choice for this year's Restaurant Week.
