Moored in the calm waters of the Montego Bay Marine Park Fish Sanctuary, The HouseBoat Grill offers a unique setting for an intimate, one-of-a kind dining experience. This being their ninth year in the greatly anticipated Restaurant Week, HouseBoat Grill features a constantly evolving fusion menu created by internationally trained Chef Richard Nurse.

Known for its lobster dishes, The Houseboat Grill has offered a lobster dish on every Restaurant Week menu for the past nine years. The creamy, decadent lobster Mac n' Cheese is one such favorite.

The signature dishes for this year is the Sauteed Pork Scaloppini, Lime & Grapefruit Caper Cream Sauce, Sauteed Austrian Bread Dumpling, and Honey Garlic Carrots.

"This is a new menu item for the HouseBoat. The dumpling that accompanies the pork is the HouseBoat's version of the bread dumplings I enjoyed during my time working in Vienna, Austria," Chef Nurse said.
