The sweet indulgence of the most epic dishes. A beautiful ambience of cosy and relaxing dining, overlooking a breathtaking view of the ocean. Exceeding your palatable expectations for this Restaurant Week, while setting the tone for a night of pure enchantment, is none other than Marguerite's.

Located in the heart of Montego Bay at the famous Margaritaville, Marguerite's explores an intimate, romantic and more sophisticated savoury side. The establishment has been a part of Restaurant Week since its inception.

"The restaurant returns year after year, because it is a great way to showcase our talent and get your creative culinary juices going. While we love tourists who come to visit our home away from home, our local clientele is so important to us. So Restaurant Week is an opportunity to show appreciation to our local diners who supports us throughout the year. They look forward to it and we're ready to please their palates," Marguerite's executive chef, Cecil Jagdath, told Food.

AQUA LIFE

According to chef Jagdath, most Jamaicans love seafood, so they thought, why not explore the culinary horizons of the aqua life by adding conch to the Restaurant Week menu in an unconventional, but creatively tasty way. The conch cake, consisting of fresh pan seared conch cake, infused with fresh herbs and spices, served with curry reduction and winter salad, will convert the taste buds of newcomers and have food lovers falling in love with its gastronomic delight.

Chef Jagdath, noted that the meal and ambience would not be complete without the great efforts of the Marguerite's team.

"We really have an amazing team: they put a lot into what they do daily and they're very passionate about offering top of the line in culinary and customer service."

So book your reservations and celebrate exquisite dining, with an equally incredible view to match, at Marguerite's.
