Calling all seafood lovers, Matthews Sushi Bar- Restaurant is about to create history with tantalising offerings, participating in Restaurant Week (RW) for the first time.

Matthew Wallace opened the establishment earlier this year. His love for sushi encouraged him to offer this oriental delicacy to others who share similar food sentiments. But that’s not all the bistro is offering during RW. Oven honey garlic glazed salmon served with sweet potato mash and vegetables is among the many options you’ll have this season. This unique dish is Matthew’s Sushi Bar-Restaurant signature meal and one you’ll enjoy.

“I’m happy to be a part of Restaurant Week. I’m looking forward to seeing you passing through during restaurant week and trying our food,” Wallace said.

Although it’s located at the Boardwalk Shopping Village, Negril, it’s aim is to satisfy all curious foodies from near and far.
