Since opening its doors at Container Plaza in Old Harbour, St Catherine, back in June of 2017, Food is happy to report that Di Lip Smacking Kitchen continues to satisfy taste buds of varied customers.

The small establishment maintains the balance between quantity and quality through the myriad food offerings, just one fork away from consumption. Dishes like fried sliced fish in coconut sauce, stewed beef, curried goat and roti, kumi fried chicken and rice, curried chicken and ground provision stood out on the menu during the visit for both their presentation and taste. There are a host of other choices that are done to order.

Proprietor Pauline Sinclair shared that the business is providing a refreshing approach to creating mouth-watering meals at affordable prices. “We prefer to cook three times daily in small quantities and serve freshly prepared food every time. We also consistently give good service to our customers on a daily basis.”

She added that her workers – headed by Chef Ian McCook, Juanito Richards and Nicola Powell – have been the backbone and strength behind the cookery’s continued growth.

Di Lip Smacking Kitchen might be small in stature, but it is big on taste. Many persons told Food that the eatery has satisfied their appetites on a daily basis with great food, “We are here to serve our patrons.” The kitchen is not only a cost-effective option, but it also prides itself on delighting the discerning palates, leaving you with a taste of contentment with each lip-smacking bite. Di Lip Smacking goodness continues.
