Man killed in Clarendon, police investigate

The Clarendon police have launched an investigation into the shooting death of a man in Race Track last night.
Residents reported hearing several explosions sometime after 8:30 and alerting the police.
Upon their arrival, the body of 33-year-old Alvin Sapleton was found along a section of Douglas Drive with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds to the lower body.
Preliminary investigations by the police revealed that he was a deportee.
He was also reportedly a victim of a previous shooting.
