Eight shot in St James, two dead

Two men are now dead and six have been hospitalised after gunmen went on a rampage, shooting anyone in sight in New Ramble, Bogue, St James on Friday night.
Reports are that at about 9:30 p.m., a group of persons attending a birthday party for a six-year-old were standing in the square of New Ramble district when a grey car drove by.
A number of men alighted from the vehicle and opened fire on the guests.
Two persons were pronounced dead, while four of the six admitted to hospital are in serious condition.
