NWA to find more money to repave recently repaired road

After spending millions to pave a section of north coast highway in St Ann, the National Works Agency (NWA) will have to find more money to again fix the road due to poor condition.

The road was recently paved as part of an ongoing $100 million project, which started in April.

However, the paved section has fallen into disrepair with motorists complaining that the road surface is bumpy, making it difficult to drive.

The NWA says it will have to repave the affected road.

It is unclear how this new development will impact the budget and time schedule of the project.

The road project, which started last month, is slated to last for six months.
