FLOW monitoring one-ring scam

Flow says it is aware of the latest phone scam targeting telecommunications customers in Jamaica. 

Flow says it treats these matters as a priority and has already activated its Fraud Team.

It says it is monitoring and will be blocking those numbers which are found to be involved in this scam.

 FLOW says it will also work with the relevant authorities and continue to alert customers to these scams and the necessary measures to protect themselves.

Meanwhile, it is encouraging customers to be vigilant and treat calls from unfamiliar country codes with due suspicion. 

It says if customers accept a call from an unfamiliar area code, and are unsure, they should end the call quickly without sharing their personal details or following any instructions they might receive.
