Part of Waltham Park Road in Kingston blocked as man is killed

A section of Waltham Park Road was blocked by the police this morning as they investigate the killing of a man on Wellington Drive in Kingston 11.
The dead man has been identified as Junior Diamond.
Details of the incident are not yet clear, however, the incident took place sometime between last night and this morning.
About 20 spent shells were recovered from the scene.
