Sigma Corporate Run participants are being encouraged to take advantage of the early registration period for the 2017 Run, which will end Tuesday.

Early registration gives individual participants a reduced entry fee of $1,200 to secure a spot in the staple event. After Tuesday, registration is $1,500 for each individual. Official registration closes on February 2.

Interested participants are being urged to take advantage of the early bird registration period.

The Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run is the largest road race in the Caribbean and has accrued more than $250 million in donations for numerous beneficiaries since inception. The annual road race is scheduled for Sunday, February 18 and is themed '20 Years of Running for a Purpose'.

It is being staged under the patronage of sprint legend Usain Bolt, Miss Universe second runner-up, Davina Bennett, and CEO of Dynamic Lifestyle, Patrice J White.

This year, Sagicor is targeting $50 million to contribute to the two beneficiaries - the Neonatal Unit at the Spanish Town Hospital and St Christopher's School for the Deaf.

Persons wishing to register may gain further information on the process by visiting the new Sagicor Sigma Run website at www.sagicorsigmarun.com, or by calling the Sigma Run secretariat at 936-7980-2. The Secretariat can also be reached via email at SGJSigmaSecretariat@Sagicor.com.
