Jamaicans end second, third as Holloway takes Diamond League’s 110mh

Jamaicans Rasheed Broadbell and Hansle Parchment finished second and third respectively to United States of America’s (USA) Grant Holloway in the men’s 110 metres hurdles at the Weltklasse IAAF Diamond League meet in Zurich, Switzerland today.

Broadbell, who had defeated the American in two consecutive races leading into the Diamond League final in Zurich, finished in 13.06 seconds, with Parchment getting 13.26 as Holloway clocked 13.02 for the victory.

Broadbell, with the second place, finished the second half of the season strongly, in which he won the Commonwealth Games title in August and went under 13 seconds for the first time, clocking 12.99 seconds in Lausanne on August 26.
