Immaculate Conception’s Zoelle Jamel won the Under-17 girls javelin at the National Senior and Junior Championships (Trials) at the National Stadium today.

Jamel took the junior title in 43.75 metres, while Edwin Allen's Alliah Gittens – the only other competitor in the field – was second in 31.27.
