St Catherine High School's Able Mills in the middle of her shot put routine on her way to the under-18 shot put title at the JAAA/PUMA National Senior and Junior Championships inside the National Stadium this morning.

St Catherine High School’s Able Mills was an impressive winner in the girls’ under-18 shot put final this morning at the JAAA/PUMA National Senior and Junior Championships inside the National Stadium.

Mills separated herself from her rivals after a big 15.66-metre throw on her third attempt.

Kimisha Smith of St Jago took second with 14.45 metres as Marlkay Lampart of Clarendon College ended third with 13.90.
