Jamaica’s Wayne Pinnock dances to celebrate his silver medal in the men’s long jump final at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, today.

Jamaica’s Wayne Pinnock and Tajay Gayle secured silver and bronze medals, respectively, in the men’s long jump final at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary, today.

Pinnock leapt 8.50 metres in the second round but was beaten by Miltiadis Tentoglou of Greece, who jumped 8.52 on his final jump to secure the gold medal.

Gayle had a season’s best of 8.27 metres to claim the bronze, with Carey McLeod placing fourth with a best effort of 8.27.
