Grace Mighty Malt invests in ISSA U14 and U16 football competitions

Grace Mighty Malt has announced its sponsorship of the ISSA Under-14 (U14) and Under-16 (U16) football competitions.

The competitions were officially launched on Monday, October 28 at The Mico University College football field. Catherine’s Peak will also serve as the official water sponsor for the competition.

The ISSA U14 and U16 competitions, which kicked off on October 23, serve as a key opportunity for developing Jamaica’s youth football talent, while fostering essential life skills, Orrett Wallace, chairman, ISSA Junior Football Competitions, said at the launch. He also revealed that the competitions have attracted 93 rural schools and 42 urban schools.

“This tournament is a showcase of young talent from across Jamaica, providing opportunities for athletes to grow both in sport and in life. We are excited to have Grace Mighty Malt on board this year, and know that their support will serve to enhance the competitions and provide a greater platform to showcase the athletes’ talents and skills,” Wallace said.

Kristina Hill, brand manager, beverages, Grace Foods, shared why the brand continues to invest in youth development.
