Christians all over the world celebrate the season of Lent which began on Ash Wednesday, February 13 and ends on Good Friday, March 29. Regarded as the season of reflection, prayer and sacrifice, many use this time to 'give up something' - usually something that is considered unhealthy or unnecessary.

During this time, most people eliminate something from their diet, to represent their 'sacrifice'. Usually, it's replacing red meat with fish and seafood.

Knowing how challenging this can get, Food is serving up some ideas of where you can get delicious fish dishes at affordable prices. Enjoy!
