Crab lover's dream

Can you imagine crabs prepared in every way possible in abundance?
That is the case at Whitebones Seafood Restaurant every Thursday night, where crab lovers converge, all for one cause - eating crab to their heart's content.
According to directors of the restaurant Jacqueline Wilson and Richard Elliott, crab night has been going strong for the past four years. But to stay innovative and appealing, they have made additions to their menu.
"When we started out, we didn't have six types. Now we do, as we have added Chinese and rum jerk to the ways we prepare the crab," she explains.
The other options are hot and spicy, fried, garlic, and curry, which continue to win over the taste buds of customers over and over again.
Women, in particular, seem to find the all-you-can-eat crab night especially appealing.
"A lot of women come out in groups, families come by and also companies support us," Wilson explains.
Complimentary crab soup
With the all-you-can-eat concept, each customer is also entitled to a complimentary crab soup. And if they so desire, they can stay for entertainment and enjoy the karaoke session which is also held on that night.
Running from six in the evening to 10:30 in the night, provisions are also made for persons who wish their crab to go.
"For those who do not want to stay, we do take-out as well and delivery. They just give us a call and we package," notes Wilson.
With similar concepts at other food establishments, Whitebones is said to be the preferred choice because "we don't ever run out of crabs and we are the best in taste, service and ambience".
