The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) leader is this afternoon expected to officially present his wife, Juliet Holness, as the party’s candidate for the East Rural St Andrew constituency.

She is to be presented at a constituency conference at the Jamaica College Auditorium in St Andrew, starting at 5 p.m.

Andrew Holness' wife replaces Opposition Senator Alexander Williams who resigned last month as the party's candidate.

She will run against Imani Duncan Price who has replaced Damion Crawford as the People’s National Party’s pick for East Rural St Andrew.
