Tacos, burritos, nachos and beergaritas - it was definitely a 'muy caliente' Cinco de Mayo at the popular Jamexican food joint, Chilitos, last Saturday. The day and night culinary affair saw foodies and socialites alike gathering with friends and family at their home on Hope Road to celebrate the occasion.

A food line lengthened beyond capacity only meant one thing: mind-blowing flavours awaited. The fried chicken tacos served with their signature 'Cinco De Mayo-naise' slaw and corn salsa was a hit among the patrons. Following in feasting pursuit were the mini nacho supreme and the chips with choice of dip. But the teasing and pleasing highlight of the night was the many groups sipping on big and beautiful beergaritas available in a variety of mixes - a collaborative effort made with household and bar moguls, Heineken.

Margaritas, free shots and good music and an even greater time: it really could not have got any better than that. Just in case you weren't able to make it to Chilitos Cinco, here is a closer, more scrumptious look at the merriment.
